My Approach
I believe good care starts with being seen clearly — not reduced to a diagnosis, and not rushed past the parts of your story that matter.
My background sits at the intersection of neuropsychology and health psychology, which means I'm as comfortable talking through a cognitive test score as I am sitting with someone in the middle of a hard postpartum season. I draw on CBT and mindfulness as a foundation, but I don't believe talking is the only way in — my training in creative arts therapy gives us other paths when words alone aren't enough.
Whether we're working through an evaluation or ongoing therapy, my goal is the same: give you language for what you're experiencing, and a real plan for what comes next.
