Insurance & Practice Model
HMV Psychology & Consulting operates as an out-of-network specialty practice.
We do not contract directly with insurance companies. This model allows us to provide highly individualized, comprehensive care without the administrative and clinical constraints often imposed by managed care systems, including session limits or mandated treatment structures.
Our work emphasizes careful assessment, clinical depth, and collaboration with families, schools, and medical providers when appropriate.
Dr. Harry Voulgarakis is a licensed psychologist and specialized mental health provider. For eligible services, we provide detailed, itemized superbills including CPT codes, which clients may submit directly to their insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Reimbursement depends on the specifics of your individual plan. We recommend contacting your insurer to understand your out-of-network mental health benefits.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise arranged in advance.
